We provide demo website to our client’s so that they can check our quality of work and hence becomes comfortable before working with us. Before making a payment for our services feel free to contact us if you have any query.

Eligibility for Refund:

While we approach every project with professionalism and dedication, we understand that circumstances may change. If a client is unsatisfied or decides to alter their project plans, eligibility for a refund is determined by the following policy:

Advance Payment Policy:

Upon opting for our services, a 30% advance payment is required. If a client cancels the project within 2 days of making the advance payment, the entire 30% is refundable. Note that cancellations after this period are non-refundable.

Delivery Time & Payment:

  1. Full Refund: If the project has not commenced or has not been delivered as agreed upon.
  2. Partial Refund: If the project has started, and the client decides to cancel, 25% of the total advance payment will not be refundable.
  3. No Refund: After successful delivery of the project and full payment, cancellations will not be eligible for a refund.

Change in Policy:

Syblix Web Designing reserves the right to modify this policy without prior notice. We recommend periodic review, and any changes will be binding for both existing and new clients. Your continued use of our services implies agreement with the updated policy.
